I ordered the wrong item, what should I do?

If you've made your order within the last hour, please contact us urgently. If you send us an email, please write your order number and the reason for your email under subject - for example, write "Order 1202 Product Change." You may still email us if more than 1 hour has passed, however, what we can do may be limited as our print system is automated.

How long is shipping?

Approximate shipping times are as follows:
- 2 to 6 business days for USA orders
- 3 to 7 business days for UK and European orders
- 10 to 14 business days for rest of world
Please note this does not include production time.

How long is production time? 

Please allow up to 5 business days for production (7 during peak periods e.g. Christmas and holidays).
All of our products are produced "on demand" meaning we only make them when you order. We do this so that we can ensure the highest level of quality control possible. 
It's important to remember to add production time on top of shipping time.

Where do you ship from?

We ship using print partners located in the USA and Latvia (EU). 
Depending on which product/s you order will depend on where it ships from. 
Our products automatically ship from the closest / quickest country to you. 

I only received part of my order!

Our products are packed in individual & fitted packaging to ensure the safest possible delivery. 
Due to this, some products may arrive at different times. 
If your products arrive separately, please wait a few days for the remainder of your order to arrive.

My delivery has not arrived!

Don't worry, please wait a few more business days or contact us. We guarantee all purchases, so if yours is lost or unable to be delivered for any reason we will send a new one out free of charge.
